ONE BURRARD PLACE
Covering a whole city block at the base of the Burrard bridge in downtown Vancouver, Burrard place is a new condo development being built by Reliance Properties and Jim Pattison Developments. The current status is pre-construction and is expected to be completed in 2019. When complete, One Burrard place will have a total of 394 units available for sale in phase 1 and over 800 units for sale after phase 2 is complete.
One Burrard place is being developed as a 60 story residential tower that will be the third tallest building in Vancouver and one of the tallest residential towers in Canada. It’s height and location will offer stunning views of Vancouver that include the North Shore mountains, downtown Vancouver and of-course the length of the Burrard bridge. The development and is sure to attract a wide variety of luxury and property investment buyers. The development will also include a 13 story Class A office building that will include the flagship Jim Pattison Downtown Toyota car dealership and over 300,000 sq.ft of commercial space. The sheer volume of amenities puts One Burrard Place in a class of its own amongst upcoming urban developments in Vancouver. Additionally both the residential building and Toyota dealership will be LEED certified.
Units are expected to start at around $400,000 for a 450 sq.ft space up to $20 million or more for a 4,500 sq.ft. 2 story penthouse.
