ONE BURRARD PLACE

Covering a whole city block at the base of the Burrard bridge in downtown Vancouver, Burrard place is a new condo development being built by Reliance Properties and Jim Pattison Developments. The current status is pre-construction and is expected to be completed in 2019. When complete, One Burrard place will have a total of 394 units available for sale in phase 1 and over 800 units for sale after phase 2 is complete.

One Burrard place is being developed as a 60 story residential tower that will be the third tallest building in Vancouver and one of the tallest residential towers in Canada. Units are expected to start at around $400,000 for a 450 sq.ft space up to $20 million or more for a 4,500 sq.ft. 2 story penthouse.
