- Once you’re ready to list your home on the market, we will send you an agreement for a convenient e-signature or sign the agreement with you in person.
- Once the agreement is signed we will need access to your home. Your home will be listed within the week.

Our Sales Process

Initial Visit
After completing your home evaluation, we visit your home. During our visit, we make recommendations on how to increase the value of your home. At this time we set up a time to have your home professionally cleaned and take professional pictures and a virtual tour.

Marketing
Shortly after taking the pictures, we post your home on MLS exposing it to thousands of real estate agents active in your area. Your home is also promoted to hundreds of our real estate investors and on social media.

Performance Updates
While your home is listed we closely monitor the activity of comparable homes in the area. You will receive updates when there are any new or sold listings and any price reductions. We will schedule a weekly call where we discuss the performance of your listing and the next steps.

Offer Presentation
When offers come in we carefully evaluate each and start the negotiations. We review the terms of the contract together and discuss the value of the offer.

Completion
Once the deal has been finalized, we help you find a notary to transfer the ownership of the home to the new owner. Congratulations! You have sold your rental home!
