In April 2016, we helped our client purchase an investment property in Whistler for $585,000 (20% downpayment).

We rented the place while we were obtaining the building permits to fully renovate the home. We managed the whole process of securing the trades and negotiations. The renovation cost was approximately $230,000 and was completed by the end of 2017. After the completion, we rented the home on Airbnb in 2018. Between 2018 and 2020, we generated $186,000 in revenues. If it was not for the pandemic, the number would be closer to $300,000.
The home sold in February 2021 for $1.7 million.

We helped our client purchase this home in 2014 for $365,000. The home was listed at $399,000.

The place was renovated within a couple of weeks after completion. The renovation cost was about $21, 000. We replaced floors, appliances, countertops, TVs to get the home ready for Airbnb rentals. Between May 2014 and Dec 2019, we generated $300,000+ in rental revenues.
The home sold in 2019 for $959,000.
